REGULATION OF PARKING
Operating hours
The parking hours at TEG are from 08:30 to 21:00 (during the center's operating hours).
Your valuables and vehicle are not the responsibility of TEG.
Parking rates
- Parking rates apply from Monday to Friday.
- Saturday, Sundays and official holidays* are free for all visitors.
- From Monday to Friday, the parking rates are as follows:
Monday – Friday Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

- If you leave the center without taking your vehicle, the parking service fee from 21:00 to 08:30 is 1,000 ALL.
- Monthly subscription for 10,000 ALL per month is available only during the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 21:00.
- Motorcycle parking is free during the center's operating hours.
Parking ticket payment
Every customer using the parking service must obtain the respective parking ticket at the entrance to the parking area.
Payment must be made automatically at the payment machines located at each entrance of the center: on levels -1, -2, and at the Green Entrance of TEG.
A 25-minute grace period is available for exit after payment is made.
In case of a lost ticket, the customer must obtain a new ticket at the payment machines, with a penalty of 1,000 ALL.
Permitted vehicle
The maximum allowable parking height is 2.1 m.
Terms and conditions of parking use
Customers of the center who will use parking service are requested to:
- Park in an orderly manner in designated parking spaces;
- Follow the orientation signs and implement the parking regulation;
- Follow the parking staff ‘s instructions;
- In cases of possible incidents, not to leave the scene but must inform the parking staff, and must stay until the incident is addressed by the center’s security staff or by competent police authorities;
- Make the parking payment according to the specified rates in this regulation;
- Occupying parking spaces for disabled individuals and designated spaced for electric vehicle charging is not allowed;
- In case of fire or alarm emergency, avoid panic and proceed to emergency exits following the orientation signs;
- Customers who violate parking rules will not be allowed access.
TEG shopping center will not be responsible in any case for damage or loss of possessions left in the customer‘s vehicle.
The center will not be responsible for damages, destruction, theft, etc. to the customer's vehicle, regardless of whether or not there are caused by another vehicle or person in the parking area or in the surrounding area. TEG has no responsibility regarding accidents or issues occurring in parking area or in the surrounding area.
By entering the parking lot with his/her car and receiving the ticket at the entrance, the vehicle user automatically accepts the regulation above.
