Discover What Awaits at Book Fest 26 at TEG

From 14 October to 1 November, Book Fest 26 brings hundreds of new titles, author meet-and-greets, signed books, online voting for Albanian literature, quizzes and discounts of up to 50% to TEG.

Leximtari Bookstore and TEG present the second consecutive edition of Book Fest. Throughout the event, one of the centre’s most vibrant spaces will become a meeting point for readers, authors and anyone looking to discover their next read.

We are the books we read…

This idea inspires Book Fest 26: the books we choose shape how we think, how we understand ourselves and how we understand others. Amid everyday routines and shopping at the centre, the fair invites visitors to pause and discover a story, an idea or an author that might open up a new perspective.

At the Book Fest stands, you will find new releases, classics, contemporary literature, books for children and young adults, as well as popular titles on personal development, business, health and parenting.

From Ismail Kadare and Dritëro Agolli to Remarque, Gabriel García Márquez and Mario Vargas Llosa; from Tom Kuka, Mira Meksi and Flutura Açka to Dan Brown, Freida McFadden, Kristin Hannah and Ana Huang, the selection caters to a wide range of tastes and age groups.

A spotlight on Albanian literature

Contemporary Albanian authors will have a special place in this edition. Leximtari has selected books published in 2026 and will invite readers to vote online for their favourite work among the featured titles.

This initiative aims to bring readers closer to new Albanian literature and give local authors greater visibility. Meetings at the Authors’ Corner will offer opportunities for conversation, discovering their works and having books signed.

Recommendations for every curiosity

In the lead-up to Halloween, mystery and thriller fans will find a dedicated selection of stories that keep the suspense alive until the very last page. Books on artificial intelligence, health and parenting will also receive special attention.

The fair will also feature works by Nobel Prize-winning authors translated into Albanian, while recommendations from the Leximtari team will help visitors choose books based on their interests, age or search for a thoughtful gift.

Offers, collections and surprises

Through partnerships with Albanian publishers, Book Fest 26 will offer discounts of up to 50% on selected titles, alongside special offers on book sets and collections. It is an opportunity to enrich your personal library, complete a much-loved series or give someone a book.

Quizzes, games with prizes and book-themed surprises will add to the atmosphere, making a visit to the fair an experience for the whole family.

From 14 October to 1 November, join us at Book Fest 26 at TEG. Meet authors, discover stories and make the most of the offers. A book that will stay with you long after the final page may be waiting for you here.
